Permanent Full Time Position With Possible Flexibility - 35 hours Per Week

As one of the leading Toyota and Lexus Centres in the UK we are passionate about ensuring our customers are always the highest priority in every circumstance. We are now looking to recruit a new Payroll and Human Resources Administrator to work with our current Administrator.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced individual who likes varied work, can work with minimal supervision and has good verbal communication skills.

+ Excellent Mathematical skills – Good with spreadsheets
+ Familiar with Payroll software
+ Basic Understanding of Tax Procedures
+ Ability to work to deadlines
+ Good Typing Skills
+ Multi-tasking Abilities
+ Adheres to Payroll Policies, Procedures and complies with relevant laws.
+ Processes Companies monthly payroll of 120 employees by gathering, inputting data and preparing direct transfers
+ Identifies, investigates and resolves discrepancies within payroll records
+ Distributes payslips
+ Updates Nominal Ledger
+ Adheres to deadlines on all payments for HMRC, Pensions etc
- Human Resources
+ Organising and Maintaining Personnel Record
+ Preparing HR documents such as employment contracts, changes in job status and job titles.
+ Liaises with our HR advisors regarding issues such as disciplinary etc
+ Takes minutes at meeting and preparing any necessary paperwork.
+ Answers employees queries about HR related issues
+ Arrange travel accommodations and Manufacturers Training Programs for All Staff
