The health and wellbeing of you and your family, our team members and our community remains our top priority. As we continue to navigate through these complex times, we feel it is our responsibility to the community to close our doors temporarily. We have traded through testing times before, however such is the seriousness of the threat that our country faces, we feel there is no alternative but to temporarily close our centre.

We have been serving the community since 1905 and we look forward to a celebration when it is safe to re-open the doors to our loyal staff and guests.

As a family business we naturally pride ourselves on caring for our staff and our guests, we feel that this is the appropriate action to limit the spread of Coronavirus.

Some of our staff will have remote access to keep in touch with our community and although we cannot serve you in the usual way we are here to help in many other ways.

All of our social media channels will be managed and checked regularly to answer any queries you may have.

Following the outbreak of COVID-19, we want to keep you informed of the steps we have taken to keep the well-being of our customers and team members our absolute priority. You can be assured that we’ve put enhanced health and safety measures in place to ensure your experience with Lexus Woodford is as safe and enjoyable as possible.

Customer Safety

Lexus Woodford is open as usual and, if you have an appointment booked with us, you can be sure we’ve taken the following precautions:

- We have enforced a No Handshake Rule to minimise contact.

- All Customer cars are cleaned inside with anti-viral wipes before hand over.

- Hand Gel is displayed in all areas of the business.

- All desks, work areas and keyboards are regularly sanitised.

It is of vital importance for us to be in a position to ensure that procedures are in place to support the well-being of our customers when visiting our centres, but also please consider the alternative methods to minimise risk:

- You can directly chat with a Sales Advisor online. As well as being able to answer any questions, bespoke videos and photos can be sent straight to your device.

- Test Drives can be taken from your own home, so you don’t need to visit a dealership. Call, email or message us for details.

- If your car is due in for a Service or MOT, we offer a collection and delivery service. Please contact us for more information, especially if you are feeling unwell.

Lexus Woodford Team Members

Lexus Woodford Team Members have been made fully aware of the current requirements and are undertaking extreme levels of precaution. Any member of staff returning from the affected areas abroad or that have been in direct contact with the virus, have automatically been asked to self-isolate.

If this is the case, Team members are being paid full basic salary regardless of length of service for either self-isolation or COVID-19 related sickness, reducing possibility of an affected individual coming into work and minimising the risk of contamination.

Going Forward

We are constantly monitoring the situation and working in accordance with all Government and public health authority advice. Procedures will be monitored and updated as and when the situation changes.

Rest assured that we will be making decisions that are in the best interests of our Team members and customers.
